Mountain Dream Is Now Located In
 The Mountains Of Western North Carolina

We started our business in the spring of 1998 with the purchase of two suri alpacas.  We purchased two huacaya alpacas the fall of that same year and our herd began to grow.  

In 2003, after over 5 years of boarding our alpacas with others, we purchased our own ranch near Navasota, Texas, where we lived for over 14 years.  While in Texas, we boarded and performed breedings and birthings for our alpacas and for many of our customers.  At our largest, we were boarding and responsible for over 130 alpacas. 

We have now downsized to a smaller herd of 15 female and 6 male alpacas and moved to the mountains of western North Carolina.  Selling a ranch and moving 1000 miles across country was a lengthy and challenging process.  But we are now in the mountains, truly living our Mountain Dream.
